FOOD/DRINK BLOG: THE TIKTOK FAMOUS DALGONA COFFEE
yes..YES! The famous Dalgona Coffee!
I was intrigued when I first saw it on Instagram and Twitter, from my social media platform I came across this coffee making video which was pretty cool and decided to do it too!
I jumped onto the bandwagon, didn't I? I did not regret it though, the coffee was super good!!
Here's what you need to make the Dalgona Coffee,
- instant coffee
- water
- sugar
- a bowl
- a whisk, or even better an electric mixer but do becareful with that. (this is the best, try not to use spoon or fork you will whisk until your arm falls off if you do)
The ratio of making the coffee foam is, 1:1:1
It tastes best when you use two scoops each, instant coffee, water and sugar.
Steps to making it? Not much, probably just whisking the three ingredients until you get this light brown soft peak-ish texture!
